Opening And Closing Louvred Roof In Cheltenham

The brief from the client was, we need more room for the kids to play outside in the shade but we don't want to lose a lot of light inside. This is the main benifit with the opening and closing roofs. Some of the systems don't do a full rotation of the blades but the better ones do which maximises your control. With my knowledge of the market and design skills I think the outcome was great, and the customer was very happy.

The client also wanted a front porch but it very important that it bleneded in with the original house. So I designed a insulated roof with a large bulk head. You will have to look carefully to see where it was added!
